Deal directly with Airside Customers on a regular face to face basis. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Perform customer verifications. Process orders, forms, applications and requests. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints Manage administration. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Ability to obtain required security clearance & AVOP(Airside Vehicle Operators Permit) Demonstrated working knowledge of HACCP Upholds company policies and safety standards.Knowledge And Skills:
Demonstrated experience in Final Assembly and/or Customer Service Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen and commissary procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written), who demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and works well in high-pressure situations. Ability to work independently, organizes work to ensure full proficiency and productivity is achieved Ability to handle high volume of work and maintain confidentiality. Self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work in an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork, participation, creativity, honesty and mutual respect. Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and kitchen and commissary procedures, some lifting and carrying (approx. 15lbs) is required. Must be able to work flexible shifts as per customer's requirement and collective bargaining agreement. Must be able to obtain required security clearance and AVOP from CSIS AND GTAA. Must be in possession of a valid driver's license and a recent driver abstract. Must have a discipline free and excellent attendance record at the time of application.Working Conditions :
