Director of Product Development Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and mentor a team of engineers and scientists, cultivating a culture of technical excellence and accountability to achieve established goals.

Qualifications:

As the ideal candidate, you'll be at the forefront of driving our product development design team to new heights of success. Leveraging your extensive experience and deep understanding of ISO 13485 and industry/regulatory standards, you'll ensure products meet the highest levels of quality and safety. From orchestrating people and processes to navigating competing priorities, you'll excel in a fast-paced environment where innovation thrives. You have a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering and/or equivalent experience, along with 10+ years of experience leading a product design team (preferably in the medical device industry). Additionally, strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment is essential.

What's In It For You:

Impact – This is a senior level role within the company, allowing you the opportunity to work with all members of the organization and be able to both lead and put your stamp on current/future expansion efforts.

Innovation – BBM is at the forefront of incredibly innovative products that could help detect cancer. This role allows you to directly contribute to the creation and production of potentially life-saving technology.

At Venor and BBM, we believe that diversity is a cornerstone of innovation and progress. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive. Our organization celebrates diversity in all its forms, recognizing that different perspectives lead to better solutions and more creative ideas.
