Executive Business Partner, Office of the CEO

What you'll do:
Take charge of the CEO's calendar, managing internal and external meeting coordination. You will own the management of the CEO's Fullscript, personal, community, and other business venture calendars. Ensure all necessary pre-meetings, materials, and presentation materials are completed. Organize strategic executive offsite events and team all-hands meetings. Coordinate board of directors touch points and meetings. Manage the logistics and planning of quarterly in-person board meetings, including coordination of schedules and ensuring all necessary materials and arrangements are in place. Manage the corporate box at Canadian Tire Centre. Oversee the usage strategy, ticket distribution, and billing. Enhance engagement and communication internally and externally. Work with the CEO and CoS to set up teammate engagement to ensure the CEO has a pulse on the business and is connected to Fullscripters. Support CEO PR needs by helping in the coordination and execution of key speaking engagement, as well as personal brand execution strategies for the CEO to boost company visibility and reputation. Coordinate travel bookings as well as expenses, and benefits reimbursements. Partner closely with others in the organization to build strong cross-functional relationships.What you bring to the table:
Inquisitive and fast learning ability, with a keen attention to detail and the underlying reasons behind processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver pointed questions and communicate effectively across functions and levels. Confidence to voice different opinions is essential. High organizational and detail orientation. Experience working with both a C-Level Execs and Chief of Staff in collaboration to drive CEO operations. Comfort with data and metrics. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities. Experience with Google Suite and Slack.What we can offer you:
