The Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa (YSB) is focused on supporting vulnerable and at-risk youth, their families, and the community, through a wide range of programs and services in both official languages. We are looking for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization. As a modern and inclusive leader, you will have a crucial role in shaping our organization's future and making a difference in the lives of the youth we serve.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum undergraduate degree; ideally post-graduate in Social Work, Education, Counseling, Business, or Administration.
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership, preferably in social services, health care, or community organizations.
  • Experience managing complex organizations with multiple funders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and French is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • Available, relatable, and decisive.
