Job Description
In this community nursing role, you as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will have scheduled visits within the community to care for patients in various settings with the support of RNs for more complex patients. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.   • Registration with the CLPNA as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required Experience in delivering community care is an asset Reliability and flexibility Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area Experience working with the vulnerable population Passion for making a difference in your community Willingness to share in oncall coverage to ensure patients are cared for during their time of need, including after hoursTime Type:Full time
