  • Create a memorable experience for Guests by sharing Hat Knowledge, building rapport and finding them the right hat for the right occasion or need
  • Demonstrate a passion for fashion by wearing a hat and exhibiting personal style
  • Move with purpose to keep the store beautiful and easily shoppable
  • General Shop Keeping including daily checklists, opening and closing procedures

WHAT DOES A WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR DO?

  • Exceptional Hatter
  • Ship Online Orders, Handle Shipping Claims/Inquiries
  • Adding New Styles/Photos to the Database
  • Writing Copy/Descriptions for Each Product
  • Updating Visual Experience as Seasons Change
  • Has excellent Problem Solving Skills, Initiative & Adaptability
  • Works Independently

WORK/LIFE INTEGRATION PLAN

  • 2 weeks of schedule are released 5 days (or more) before the start of the new schedule
  • 2 days off are always scheduled together
  • Days off are consistent (ex. Tues&Wed or Mon&Tues)
  • Closing Shifts are equally distributed

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
