- Learn/know all things Hats (fabrics, shapes, styles, features/benefits, sizing)
- Create a memorable experience for Guests by sharing Hat Knowledge, building rapport and finding them the right hat for the right occasion or need
- Demonstrate a passion for fashion by wearing a hat and exhibiting personal style
- Move with purpose to keep the store beautiful and easily shoppable
- General Shop Keeping including daily checklists, opening and closing procedures

**WHAT DOES A WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR DO?**
- Exceptional Hatter
- Ship Online Orders, Handle Shipping Claims/Inquiries
- Adding New Styles/Photos to the Database
- Writing Copy/Descriptions for Each Product
- Updating Visual Experience as Seasons Change
- Has excellent Problem Solving Skills, Initiative & Adaptability
- Works Independently

**WORK/LIFE INTEGRATION PLAN**
- 2 weeks of schedule are released 5 days (or more) before the start of the new schedule
- 2 days off are always scheduled together
- Days off are consistent (ex. Tues&Wed or Mon&Tues)
- Closing Shifts are equally distributed

Closed Christmas Day

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
