Position Objective:
- Ensure telephones are answered promptly an in a courteous and professional manner
- Notify service and / or other company personnel of customers' arrival.
- Ensure calls are dispatched appropriately and messages taken and distributed in a timely fashion
- Ensure that customers are greeted and directed to the appropriate department personnel in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow required administrative procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal customer relations and communication skills; professional appearance.
- Personable, high customerrelation skills and pleasant telephone manner.
- Solid typing and filing abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Manual dexterity for typing / keyboarding.
- Knowledgeable or trainable on company operations.
- High School Diploma
- 12 years' related receptionist experience, preferred.
