HI We are posting for a southside clinic that is looking for 2 full time Dental Administrators. This beautiful and friendly clinic is wonderful to work at.

They strive to build strong relationships with their patients and are looking for someone who can treat their patients well in a very efficient manner.

This is an exceptional clinic with very high expectations both clinically and administratively with patient care. Every team member works together and is very technologically savvy. We are pre-screening all qualified applicants. You will be called for an phone interview first, then an in person interview if you qualify.

You will be required to have references available at the phone interview stage to make it to the second stage of interviews.

Requirements for this position:

  • Must have 58 years experience in the dental field with a minimum of 5 years administrative using dentrix software.
  • Must have some clinical knowledge in GBT, Surgical procedures, suresmile and.
  • Knowledge of predeterminations, insurances and treatment planning large cosmetic cases.
  • Capable of handling collections and reporting AR.
  • Must have experience booking 35 hygienists.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, take direction and be a team player.
