Responsibilities
-With supervision determines and develops approaches to a variety of technical problems of significant scope and complexity.
-Uses latest engineering techniques to reduce product time to market whilst adhering to regulatory requirements, project deadlines and product costs.
-Basic understanding of process design, process analysis, process validation, and Design for Manufacturing
-Performs troubleshooting with on-site production team or remote troubleshooting with OEM/CM teams.
-Able to lead the development of pFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, costed BOM and PPAP generation associated with product transfers and launches.
-May support capital acquisition activity from specifying equipment, contract negotiation, installation, and validation.
Qualifications
-Degree in relevant engineering field
-Basic understanding of GMP and safety procedures.
-Basic knowledge of the documentation control process, validation process, and Design Control
-Able to conduct Gauge R&R, DOEs, MSA studies and CP/CPK analysis
-Excellent Interpersonal Skills - able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
-Be open minded with mindset for learning, while willing to share ideas.
