Responsibilities
- Provide technical program support for the Analytics and Optimization team in collaboration with IT and Operations (e.g., backlog grooming, PI planning, etc.).
- Manage the A&O request intake process and coordinate requirements engineering / grooming in collaboration with business stakeholders and SMEs.
- Maintain E2E view of Marketing business processes and support efforts to document business processes.
- Support Data Democratization efforts within the A&O team by collaborating with Solution, Regional and Channel analysts and IT and Operations.

Qualifications
- 5+ years overall experience in Digital Marketing, Software Development, Digital Commerce, or related fields
- Significant exposure to agile software development methodologies and processes
- Direct hands on experience with at least 2 categories of Marketing / Sales Technology (e.g., Marketing Automation, CMS, CRM, etc.)
- Demonstrated understanding of B2B Marketing and Sales processes (e.g., Account-based Marketing, Lead Qualification, etc.)
- Working knowledge of business AND technical process development and analysis methodologies and tools (BPMN, SIPOC, TAM, etc.)
- Must have experience supporting long-term, cross-team programs within the Marketing and Sales technology domain (e.g., platform migration, launching new business models, etc.)
