The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Personal Insurance Sales Executive to join our team and help drive the expansion of our Personal Lines business. Leads are generated inhouse, but there will be times you will be required to proactively seek out and acquire new clients.

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and services and by understanding their specific insurance needs and offering tailored solutions, your aim will be to facilitate business growth. This will involve engaging with potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings, and effectively closing sales. Ultimately, your dedication and results-driven approach will contribute to the overall success and growth of our firm.

Role is a salary plus commission role.

Full time permanent Remote, Hybrid or in office position available.

What you will bring to the role ?

  • Level 2 General Insurance License is required.

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative

  • Goal-oriented

  • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.

  • Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.

  • Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.

  • Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
