One of the top banks in Canada is looking to add a Business Analyst with strong compliance experience to join their infrastructure and networks team to design solutions that align with their enterprise technology roadmap. You’ll work closely with business partners to deliver innovative solutions and an excellent client experience.

In this role you’ll be responsible for gathering requirements and executing on compliance activities. You’ll create strong relationships with the business stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements. You’ll support end to end compliance as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team both locally and remote across the globe. From a technology standpoint the right person should ideally have experience with MS Visio, Jira, Confluence, and any experience with ServiceNow, Power Automate, or EDR Tools would be a huge plus.
Contract Duration: 6 Months Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of experience professional experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or Power Automate
  • Experience writing technical requirements Desired Skills & Experience
    • Experience working with EDR Tools would be a huge plus What You Will Be Doing
      • Work closely with business partners to gather requirements and execute on compliance activities
      • Create strong relationships. Lead discussions, develop, design, and implement process improvements
      • Assemble client focused solutions to meet business requirements
      • Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as solution requirements and QA
      • Support end to end compliance as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a local and remote team The Offer You will receive the following benefits:
