KEJJA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee our hotel operations across a designated region in Canada, serving as the pivotal liaison between our hotel managers and the Senior Operations Director.

KEJJA Group is a distinguished hotel group headquartered at the iconic Hotel Bonaventure Montreal located in the vibrant city of Montreal, Canada. Our group owns and manages an impressive portfolio of 13 hotels spread across the breathtaking landscapes of Canada and extends our warm hospitality south to sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our properties range from RV campsite to motels and high end hotels offering over 2100 rooms that promise not just a stay but an experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the operations of multiple hotels across Canada, ensuring operational excellence, high service standards, and guest satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary liaison between hotel managers and the Senior Operations Director of KEJJA Group, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and goals.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, profitability, and the overall guest experience.
  • Conduct regular audits of hotel operations to ensure compliance with brand standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive the financial performance of hotels in the region by overseeing operational ratios and financial reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop hotel management teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Coordinate with HR to oversee recruitment, training, and development programs for hotel staff.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, health, and environmental regulations.

  • Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely coordination, effective communication, and stakeholder satisfaction across all phases of project development.

  • Assist the Senior Director of Operations in his daily tasks.

  • Collegial or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Fluent in English and French is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Canada for short durations.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian hospitality market and regulatory environment.
