Responsibilities
⢠Oversee all financial activities encompassing Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Legal Compliance, Cost Analysis, Inventory Management, and Revenue Recognition across multiple corporate entities.
⢠Spearhead the formulation of budgets and financial projections, analyze discrepancies, and take corrective measures as needed.
⢠Generate and disseminate accurate monthly financial reports for various corporate entities.
⢠Manage various facets of financial reporting procedures.
⢠Investigate and address compliance issues related to technical accounting matters.
⢠Provide support during month-end and year-end closing procedures.
⢠Uphold rigorous standards for financial transactions and reporting.
⢠Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements at the local, state, and federal levels, including tax filings.
⢠Establish and document operational procedures and accounting protocols to reinforce internal controls.
⢠Supervise fixed asset records, oversee acquisitions and disposals, and calculate gains/losses from disposals.
⢠Conduct regular reconciliations of inter-company transactions on a weekly/monthly basis.
⢠Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, Reconciliation, and Leasing teams.
⢠Liaise with banks to address ad hoc inquiries and comprehend reporting prerequisites.
Qualifications
⢠Demonstrated track record in Controller roles
⢠Over 8 years of comprehensive accounting and finance expertise
⢠Advanced academic qualification in accounting
⢠Proficiency in SAP B1 software
⢠CPA designation
⢠In-depth understanding of accounting principles and methodologies
⢠Proficient in crafting financial statements
⢠Familiarity with general ledger operations and the procedures for month-end/year-end closures
⢠Proficient user and administrator of accounting software
