Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Support Clerk to join their team. Our client is a leading supplier of Power Sports
equipment and parts.

You will be part of a company that focuses on delivering exceptional equipment and service to the Power Sports Industry

days Monday- Thursday 8:00-5:00 Friday 8-4:30
Salary $45-$52 K full benefits

Location : Orillia

Responsibilities

⢠Issue Purchase Orders
⢠Monitor all backorders to ensure the product is shipped or canceled from the PO
⢠Co-ordinate incoming shipments with Receiving Department
⢠Ensure all claims for defective, short, or wrongly priced products have been satisfied with vendors.
⢠Verify all invoices match Purchase Orders and ensure correct pricing, terms, etc.
⢠Responsible for replenishment of products in the warehouse
⢠Liaison with Vendors
⢠Arrange freight for shipments
⢠Provide pricing for dealers and retailers
⢠Some travel may be required

Qualifications

⢠High school diploma or equivalent
⢠Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
⢠Great written and verbal communication skills
⢠Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong math skills, advanced Excel, and a good understanding of all types of Powersports Parts & Accessories.
