Project Analyst

Key Information:

  • A diploma or post-secondary in administration, accounting, or equivalent would be considered an asset.
  • Review daily reports regarding labour hours, equipment, and materials from the project administrators and compare to scorecards received from the field team.
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
  • Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
  • Health benefits, and vacation pay offered.

Job Description:

  • Review daily reports regarding labor hours, equipment, and materials from the project administrators and compare to scorecards received from the field team.
  • Escalate and flag daily report to project analyst
  • Be involved in project handover, from the estimating department to the operations team.
  • Assist with month end by reviewing each scorecard for every project and analyzing productivity and costs.
  • Support with cost questions on COR's.
  • Check with estimators/learn basis of estimate for items that are needing COR's.
  • Identify COR's required.

Experience and Certification Requirements:

  • A diploma or post-secondary in administration, accounting, or equivalent would be considered an asset.
  • 1-3 years of project administration or equivalent experience would be considered an asset.
  • Strong computer skills and experience working with software programs such as word and excel would be an asset.
  • A reliable means of transportation is required.
  • Proficient English language skills required.

Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
