Les Services Techniques sont la recherche dune personne dynamique qui privilgie le travail dquipe pour occuper le poste de Technicien Mthodes au secteur des pices primaires.
RESPONSABILITS CLS:

Participer la conception du produit en partenariat avec les diffrentes fonctions pour proposer des solutions pour amliorer la fabrication du produit
laboration de la documentation requise en production
Participer activement la ralisation des premires units en supportant les fonctions principales de fabrication
Dterminer les requis fonctionnels et rdiger la documentation technique permettant lassemblage des voitures de train
Effectue diffrentes recherches, tudes et analyses pour dvelopper des mthodes de fabrication, des produits et de nouveaux marchs en partenariat avec les expertises internes et externes
labore des plans daction permettant damliorer la productivit des quipements existants et/ou intgrer de nouvelles technologies dans nos procds de fabrication
Dfinit et estime les cots des mthodes de production les plus conomiques selon les exigences du produit

PROFIL RECHERCH:
Qualifications et connaissances fonctionnelles

DEC en Technique de gnie Mcanique ou BAC gnie mcanique ou lquivalent
Maitrise du Franais et bonne connaissance de lAnglais
tre soucieux des dtails
Faire preuve dautonomie et de rigueur

Comptences techniques

Connaissance des thories fondamentales, des principes et des concepts relis la fabrication et lassemblage mcanique
Connaissance du logiciel CATIA, ou dun autre logiciel de CAO. Et connaissance de MasterCAM, ou dun autre logiciel de FAO
Connaissance de la suite Office
Excellent communicateur et travailleur dquipe
Connaissance de SAP, un atout
Connaissance de base en tlerie, un atout
Connaissance de base en soudage, un atout
