Randstad is looking to hire a candidate for a Receptionists position in Newmarket to work for a well known investment company The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, maintaining efficient office processes, and contributing to the overall success of the organization as you will be the first person customers interact with

Advantages
-1 month full time contract with the possibility of an extension
-$19 - $20/ hour
-Monday- Friday (8:30 am-4:30 pm)
-Opportunity to join a dynamic work environment located in Newmarket
-In person 5 days a week

Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities include:

-Answering phone calls from customers
-Greeting individuals that come into the office
-Order supplies as needed
-Maintain a well kept work desk
-Assist with room bookings
-Keep track of incoming emails and distributing them to the appropriate contact

Qualifications
- Experience working as a receptionist/office environment
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
-Ability to multitask
-Can work well independently
-Can work well in a team setting and provide support
-Experience with using Microsoft Word and Excel
