Supervise and orchestrate the daily activities of clerks and warehouse personnel. Provide clear guidance, direction, and unwavering support to team members. Strategically schedule and assign tasks to optimize workflow efficiency. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new clerks, covering company policies, procedures, and systems. Vigilantly monitor employee performance, offering constructive feedback and support as needed. Foster effective communication by liaising with other departments and suppliers to seamlessly coordinate inventory-related activities. Conduct regular audits to ensure strict adherence to established procedures and uphold quality standards. Manage, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate tasks performed by clerical staff engaged in processing purchase transactions, dispatching crews, planning transportation schedules and routes, and other associated activities.
