- Pay rate of $25 an hour
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Accounts Payable supervisor from the Billing side of transactions
- Handling unique agreements and ensuring that each aspect of the agreement is being met
- Ensuring that the system is up to date and relevant
- Managing the internal audit claims and ensuring that processes are being followed correctly
- Identifying any discrepancies before they become an issue
- Managing Excel and High volume transactions
- Being able to summarize complex agreements in a digestible format
Qualifications
- A technical skill in Excel and other Reporting tools
- Ability to work well with policy and agreements
- 1-2 years experience dealing with high volume transactions
- Ability to navigate contracts and investigate accounts
- Strong communication skills is required in this role
