Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Clerk at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Humboldt, SK. The Administrative Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and operational duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing accounts receivable/accounts payable

  • Preparing communication materials

  • Assisting in product logistics and assisting in grain sampling

  • Providing excellent customer service and performing general office duties

Qualifications:

  • Possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and general office practices

  • Experience with Microsoft applications; experience in word-processing and/or data entry

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and have a strong understanding of customer service

  • A valid driver's licence is required

  • An agriculture background is considered an asset
