Advantage Personnel is looking for a Content Cleaner to join our client's team in Saint John, NB. You will be working with the largest Canadian disaster recovery and property restoration company for residential and commercial properties. They offer more services and solutions for property damage caused by water, fire, storms or mold than any recovery company in Canada.
Available Shifts: Days, Evenings and Weekends
Rate of Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections
• Maintaining vehicles in clean, serviceable condition
• Removing and disposing of debris
• Setting and maintaining equipment
Requirements:
Working knowledge of restoration industry best contents practices including:
• Restoration following fire and water loss
• Degradation factors
• Decontamination
• Real, sentimental and historical evaluation
• Familiarity with chemical cleaning products including safety data sheets
• IICRC certification (Fire and Smoke and/or Odor Control and/or Water Damage) an asset
• Recognition of common objects and materials
• Construction/ Restoration/ Insurance experience an asset
• Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
• Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per Company's vehicle policy
• Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Basic computer and/or tablet/iPad experience
• Willing to work evenings, on call and weekends when requested
• Periodic travel may be required
• Driver's Abstract required
