Salary:

Jackman Eye Institute - Lens & Lasik is looking for a Medical Administrator to join their team. This person will support the Injection Coordinators in their days-to-day tasks from an administrative perspective handling calls, scanning, order supplies, updating documents and client files.

What you will be doing

  • Filling out and processing forms
  • Scanning and organizing documents
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Ordering office supplies and products
  • Updating documents, spreadsheets, and client data on software
  • Providing general administrative support to the injection team
  • Performing other duties as assigned


What you will bring:

  • Experience in working in a medical or clinical environment is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service/client care role
  • A keen interest in a career in the health services field
  • Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively
  • Ability to multitask and remain focused while managing a high-volume, time-sensitive workload
