We have an exciting opportunity for a Polaris Property Expert to join our Corporate - Finance department.
The Property Expert will be relied upon to support the Mission Leads in the areas related to property planning, transactional finance and supply chain management. Leveraging their knowledge of hospitality and finance, they will support day-to-day activities and the delivery of related systems and processes across the hotel and residential portfolio. The role entails being the primary on-site subject matter expert to support the program, working across Missions and workstreams as required.
The breadth of activities will span across process and system design, build, review, testing, communication, and training.
This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Vice President, Operations Finance. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.
Key Activities/ What You'll Be Doing
- Actively participating in workshops with Mission Teams and System Integrators
- Support decision-making, leveraging property experience
- Escalate concerns and issues to Mission Leads / Domain Champions where required
- Keep Mission Leads / Domain Champions updated on key risks and issues via Weekly Mission Team Sync (content-oriented meeting)
- Keep Mission Leads updated on progress through daily 1:1s
- Support data collection and coordination with property participants
- Work with Mission Leads to run weekly update calls with regional participants
- Coordinate activities with other Workstreams to support Mission Leads in advancing towards goals

Experience, Education and Professional Qualifications / What You Bring
- Degree - Finance/Accounting, Systems, Hospitality
- Experience in a property environment, with in-depth knowledge of day-to-day activities and processes
- Professional Designation in Finance & Accounting, IT Systems, Project Management an advantage, but not required
