Aurora Cannabis Inc. is currently looking for a Machine Operator (Packaging), to work with our production team in the fast-paced cannabis industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and packaging high-end pre-rolled cannabis products.

As a MACHINE OPERATOR (PACKAGING), you will….

Monitor operating conditions of machines, perform minor preventative maintenance, and escalate performance issues as necessary Full understanding of SOPs relating to process and equipment Participate in the production of pre-rolls and operate production equipment Perform daily line set-up/ line clearance of pre-roll production process and equipment Produce pre-rolls in accordance with Cannabis Act Ensure conformity to product/brand Assist in packaging events of finished product in a fast-paced environment Daily cleaning and sanitization of tools and equipment Quality control and good documentation practices Understand and adhere to Aurora's Policies and Standard Operating Procedures and related documents. Understand and comply with Health Canada's Cannabis Act, ISO requirements and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Promote and maintain GDP, GACP and GMP requirements. Recognize unsafe conditions and practices and make corrections to prevent injuries and product loss. Other duties as required.
