Summary

Position: Bell Marketing Platform Sales Coordinator
Location: 50 EGLINTON AVE. E. Toronto, ON    
Salary: Selon Les qualifications et l'expérience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all ticket creation in the Bell Marketing platform support inbox meeting all SLAs
  • Handle inquiries/requests for support from business internal and external SAM platform users via inbound and outbound calls and/or communications via email.  Inquiries may include but are not limited to: general inquiries, service support and education enrolment assistance
  • Responsible for onboarding all internal and external SAM platform users and track all relevant information
  • The position will provide normal day to day business system support for all end users as well as for new user set up  
  • This role provides front line support to both the sales teams, Customers and Project Team at all times.  
  • Maintain complete & organized files as well as up-to-date client records
  • Provide administrative and creative support to the Bell Marketing Support Team at various presentations and meetings 
  • Track progress of resolution 
  • Participate in analysing, testing, and detailing new end-to-end business processes as required
  • Perform any other related task
Critical Qualifications
  • Post-Secondary education or minimum of two years broadcast experience required
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and decision making skills required with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Must demonstrate initiative and be highly motivated. 
  • Previous Sales Coordinator experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and working experience with IBMS is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook
