JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Psychotherapist or Psychologist
As a member of the clinical team, you will be called upon to contribute to the 360 treatment program for inpatients suffering from addictions and/or trauma.
- Leads and delivers group and individual therapy sessions;
- Uses skills to support clients with a variety of addiction and mental health issues;
- Contributes to the development of treatment plans in collaboration with the extended medical and clinical team;
- Collaborates with a national team on various projects and clinical cases.
- Coordinating and communicating cases within a multidisciplinary team is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications :
- Member of a professional order that authorizes him or her to offer group and individual psychotherapy services;
Conditions of employment:
- Must be able to work on-site at our Montreal, QC facility.
- Part-time (15 to 20 hours/week or full-time);

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Poste : Psychothérapeute ou Psychologue
En tant que membre de l'équipe clinique, vous serez appelé à contribuer au programme de traitement à 360 pour les patients hospitalisés souffrant de dépendances et/ou de traumatismes.
- Diriger et animer des séances de thérapie individuelle et de groupe ;
- Utiliser ses compétences pour soutenir les clients ayant des problèmes variés de toxicomanie et de santé mentale ;
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de plans de traitement en collaboration avec l'équipe médicale et clinique élargie ;
- Collaborer avec une équipe nationale sur divers projets et cas cliniques.
- La coordination et la communication des cas au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire font partie intégrante du rôle.
Qualifications :
- Membre d'un ordre professionnel qui l'autorise à offrir des services de psychothérapie de groupe et individuelle ;
Conditions d'emploi :
- Le candidat doit être en mesure de travailler sur place à nos installations de Montréal, QC.
- Temps partiel (15 à 20 heures/semaine ou temps plein) ;
