Traffic Coordinator

Position: Traffic Coordinator, Bell Media, CSN-RDS
Opening Date: September 11, 2024
Status: Regular - Full Tim
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week
Department : Traffic Coordinateur
Closing date: September 17, 2024
Salary range: Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
Immediate supervisor: Traffic Manage


Reporting to the Traffic manager, the the Traffic coordinator is responsible, in collaboration with the other traffic coordinators, for the programming of various products (contracts, instructions, advertising material and network promo spots) in the daily broadcast registers for all French specialty networks ((RDS, RDS2 et RDS info) using specialized software.

Responsibilities
  • Verify, monitor and make daily adjustments necessary to complete the broadcast registers according to daily traffic deadlines
  • Ensure compliance of broadcast registers according to various parameters and policies
  • Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other related tasks

  • Has good organization skills
  • Be very thorough and have an eye for detail
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Show tolerance to stress and be able to deal with short deadlines
  • Have good judgment and demonstrate professionalism
  • Able to provide good customer service
Qualification and Experience
  • Studies in administration or other related field
  • Experience in traffic (an asset)
  • Knowledge of IBMS software (an asset)
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingualism French/English (an asset)
