Join Our Team as a Children's Program Coordinator
Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives? Forest Hills Baptist Church is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Children's Program Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work under the direction and supervision of pastoral leaders and alongside children's ministry volunteers to coordinate and implement various community initiatives and weekly programs.
About the Job:
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of community initiatives such as Sports Camp, Culture Camp, Adventure Camp, and Vacation Bible School
- Coordinate regular weekly children's programs, including recreational, teaching, and crafting opportunities
- Receive training and coaching to teach and train volunteers
- Develop leadership skills by planning and organizing events, communicating information clearly, and offering guidance to volunteers
- Opportunity to learn and grow in leadership, administration, and interpersonal communications

- Be a high school student entering grade 10, 11, or 12 in September 2024; OR
- Be a full-time Grade 12, university or college student in the current academic year of 2023-2024 AND attending a post-secondary institution full-time in the fall of 2024.
