We have two branches in great Vancouver area, and our new branch in Vernon has been open since fall 2023. We are currently seeking one full-time Office Manager to join our Vernon team. The main duties are listed as below: Oversee daily operations and activities of the Vernon office Review all documents and application forms to ensure they are accurate and meet government requirements Conduct research and keep up date with latest immigration and visa policies and programs Provide daily supervision and functional guidance to the team to ensure all cases are submitted in a timely manner Responsible for employee recruitment and training in Vernon office Collate and summarize monthly case records, prepare monthly and annual report to Burnaby headquarter Coordinate with other branch offices to streamline operation and improve efficiency Monitor financial performance and budgeting for the Vernon office Analyzing local market trends, cooperate with marketing department for local market promotion delivery Establish and maintain relationship with clients and partner schools in Vernon Wages: $30.00/hour based on 30 hours per week Work Location: Vernon, BC Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00-16:30 (including 30 min lunch break) Contact information: Please sent your cover letter and Resume by email: and quote Title Office Manager on the subject line Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. A diploma or bachelor's degree in business or other related filed is an asset. Minimum 2 year of experience in similar role. Fluent in English. Mandarin is an asset, but not required. Proficiency in MS office (outlook, excel, word, etc.). Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Ability to work in long hours, late evening to meet deadline as required.
