What are we hiring for in our stores?

Seasonal Associates work in collaboration with the store teams to Inspire a Life of Style and provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers. Seasonal Associate roles are available in the following areas (needs of each location will vary):

Working behind the scenes (Order Fulfillment, Shipping & Receiving, Stock Support):

Order Fulfillment Associates:

  • Fulfillment of all online orders and inter-store transfers to meet customer needs, and other duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Stock Support Associates:

  • Ensure the sales floor is maintained to luxury levels at all time through product replenishment, maintaining floor merchandising standards
  • Fitting rooms maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Passionate about the brand and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings/afternoons/evenings

Pourquoi embauchons-nous dans nos magasins?

Les conseillers(ères) saisonniers(ères) travaillent en collaboration avec les équipes des magasins pour inspirer une vie sous le signe du style et offrir des expériences de shopping extraordinaires à nos clients. Les postes de conseillers(ères) saisonniers(ères) sont disponibles dans les domaines suivants (les besoins de chaque magasin varient) :

Travailler en coulisses (préparation de commande, expédition et réception, soutien des stocks) :

Préposé(e) à la préparation des commandes :

  • Préparation de toutes les commandes en ligne et des transferts entre magasins pour répondre aux besoins des clients, et autres tâches assignées
  • Autres tâches assignées

Conseiller(ère), Soutien des stocks :

  • Veiller à ce que l'espace de vente soit maintenu en permanence à un niveau de luxe grâce au réapprovisionnement des produits et en observant les normes de commercialisation en rayon
  • Entretien des cabines d'essayage
  • Autres tâches assignées

Exigences :

  • Passion pour la marque et le service à la clientèle
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide
  • Compétences avérées en matière de travail d'équipe
  • Aptitude à travailler une variété de quarts de travail, y compris le matin, l'après-midi et le soir
