Role Overview:

As the Banquet Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our event spaces. From weddings and corporate events to community gatherings, you'll ensure that everything runs smoothly, and our guests leave with unforgettable memories.

What you'll do:

  • Event Coordination: Oversee banquet setups, ensuring that every detail is perfect from décor to seating arrangements
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice to curate a memorable experience
  • Quality Control: Monitor service quality throughout the events, addressing any issues quickly and effectively. Bring your A-game to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Training & Development: Mentor team members, fostering their growth and ensuring they are equipped to shine.
  • Embrace our hotel's guidelines and safety measures - they're here to ensure our team members and our guest experience is both amazing and safe

  • Passion for Hospitality: A genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
  • Organizational Guru: Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail
  • Leadership Qualities: Previous supervisory experience preferred, but a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and a desire to learn new programs
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support your teammates
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays - a little extra is never a bad thing
