About the role

Le rôle

Cette personne joue un rôle primordial au sein de lâéquipe de gouvernance de données :

  • Participer à la mise en Åuvre de la gouvernance des données avec nos équipes internes, nos distributeurs ainsi que tous les aspects de lâanalyse des données et préparation de rapports pour les besoins de la distribution stratégique.

  • Trouver des moyens innovateurs de partager les informations avec la gouvernance nécessaire, afin dâatteindre les objectifs dâaffaires de lâentreprise.

Responsabilités

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Agir en tant que spécialiste en développement de tableaux de bord et partage de données en utilisant des outils tels que power BI (desktop et cloud), Power Query Power automate, SQL de base et Excel avancé.

  • Assurer la maintenance des composantes dâintelligence dâaffaires (Processus, outils, rapports, analyses, etc.);

  • Faire évoluer lâapproche BI pour améliorer et optimiser les tableaux de bord sur une base continue en prenant compte des besoins des clients internes;

  • Assurer lâexcellence dans la livraison des solutions BI;

  • Soutenir la mise en place de contrôles pour assurer lâexactitude des données, des analyses, des rapports et des recommandations;

  • Soutenir lâéquipe en participant à lâanalyse des besoins et définir les différentes approches possibles dans des dossiers impactant son service et divers intervenants (développement des affaires, souscription, indemnisation, technologies de lâinformation).

  • Soutenir les employés et les partenaires dâaffaires dans la gestion et la priorisation des activités;

  • Participer à lâidentification, la recherche et la résolution de problèmes techniques complexes.

Votre coffre à outils

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • 3 à 5 ans dâexpérience pertinente en matière dâIntelligence dâaffaires ou équivalent;

  • Passion pour les données et les tableaux de bord;

  • Très bonnes connaissances de Power BI, utilisant le DAX et Power Query;

  • Connaissance avancée de Excel et bonne connaissance en SQL;

  • Grande capacité en automatisation et modélisation de base de données relationnelles;

  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de programmation et dâanalyse des données;

  • Pensée stratégique, fortes capacités dâanalyse, très bonne organisation et rigueur;

  • Proactivité, créativité, esprit dâéquipe et attitude positive;

  • Excellent communicateur avec habiletés à trouver un consensus;

  • Bilinguisme: français et anglais; « Nécessité dâinteragir sur une base régulière avec une clientèle anglophone et des collègues partout au pays »

  • Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité dâavoir lâautorisation de travailler au Canada.
