Role Summary:
Under the supervision and instructions from leads of operations you will be responsible to carry out daily responsibilities and tasks in the GTA region.
Core Responsibilities:
- Various painting responsibilities, interior & exterior.
- Caulking repairs.
- Door repairs and adjustments.
- Fluorescent Lightning & light lens replacements.
- Various plumbing repairs and new installs.
- Drywall patching.
- Repairs/replacement of floor coverings (carpet/tile)
- Carpet removal.
- Minor demolition of Gyproc walls.
- Various clean ups.
- Minor Industrial overhead doors P.M's (preventative maintenance).
- Pothole cold patch filling periodically.
- Basic weather-stripping installs.
- Basic daily repairs in small areas as assigned etc.
- Other tasks may be assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of industrial building maintenance such as, minor electrical, basic mechanical.
- Self driven with the ability to troubleshoot identify and perform necessary daily repairs.
- The ability to multitask and work with other as a team.
- Clear understanding of building materials and it's functions.
- Responsible, independent, and resourceful.
- Valid Ontario class G license
