Responsibilities
Based out of our Edmonton facility, the OPS Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of designated operations of the district and works closely with employees, vendors, and management to help ensure the success of the operation.
Responsibilities and Duties: (not listed in any particular order)
Facility Inspections/MaintenanceOrganize 3rd party repairs and servicesFacility and yard house keepingOrganize 3rd Party Inspection and certification of lifting safety equipmentSourcing and ordering of consumablesCollection and review monthly recapitulation fuel and mileage on fleetNew and on-going driver evaluationsFiling and downloading updated documentationCoordinating PO's for purchasing parts and suppliesCoordination of wireline installation and servicing which includes truck transportingOperation of Light, Heavy, trailer, forklift, Skid steer as per neededWork with the operators and supervisors to recommend better or different practices which may enhance the success of the operation.Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Qualifications
3-6 years of Field experience or 6-10 years operations experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Knowledge of Wireline Technologies products and services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and quality skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Computer skills. Multi-tasking ability.
