Relevant du Chef exécutif Marc-Antoine Lacasse, les responsabilités et les fonctions essentielles du poste comprennent :

- Effectuer la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats dans la station assignée et selon les consignes du Chef 

- Dresser les productions à l'assiette avec rapidité et soin pendant le service pour répondre aux commandes à la carte en respectant les standards établis

- Assurer le stockage des marchandises en chambres froides ou dans le garde-manger tout en respectant les règles d'hygiène en vigueur

- S'assurer du bon fonctionnement de ses propres outils de travail et veiller au respect et au nettoyage des équipements de la cuisine du restaurant

- Appliquer les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire selon les normes de la MAPAQ

- Toutes autres tâches connexes
