Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Gio's Ste-Agathe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an asset.
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
