Shifts 12 hour continental rotate every two weeks- work 14 days out of 28 in a month
Salary $75-$78 K with benefits and a Pension
Location -Collingwood area must have transportation

New opportunity if you are a team lead wanting to move up to Shift Leader new lines and growth have created Shift Leader roles

Responsibilities
1.Will ensure the shift is properly manned by qualified employees
2.Responsible for ensuring the manning of overtime vacancies through the proper application of the collective agreement
3.Audits and enforces safety regulations and procedures such as personal protective equipment, guards, housekeeping, and fire hazards.
4.Audits and enforces the general rules and regulations of the facility
5.Maintain current knowledge of Environmental issues to achieve company performance goals as established by Environmental standards

Qualifications
Experience working in a Unionized manufacturing plant, fast-paced
College diploma and pass a criminal check

â¢Close mental application required to reason through and plan operating problems.
â¢Mental skill required to plan and direct the operation of a large complex production unit.
â¢Must be self-motivated and have previous supervisory training and experience
