Job Description:As an Epoxy Floor Installer / Concrete Polisher, you will be responsible for preparing, installing, and finishing epoxy floor systems and polished concrete surfaces. Your work will help create durable and visually appealing floors for a variety of commercial and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for epoxy application and concrete polishing, including grinding, sanding, and patching as needed.
  • Apply epoxy coatings, including primer, base, and topcoats, ensuring smooth and consistent coverage.
  • Perform concrete polishing tasks, including using grinding machines to achieve desired finish and sheen.
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet client specifications.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in epoxy floor installation and concrete polishing is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in using flooring installation tools and machinery, including grinders and polishers.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
