If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you We are currently looking for a Team Lead - AML to support our client in their London ON office (working fully onsite).

In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, and earn $47.5/hr.

Responsibilities
â¢Ensure the process is executed as per the client contract.
â¢Conduct briefings before every shift to drive focus on key metrics and debrief at the end of the shift to drive focus of the team on quality and adherence to contract compliance processes.
â¢Prepare notes from the huddle meetings and share it with the team.
â¢Prepare and share the teamâs performance with the client at the end of the shift.
â¢Interact with the client and prepare notes to share updates and changes with the team.
â¢Review the performance on the key process metrics and conduct RCA to improve quality parameters.
â¢Prepare presentations on weekly and monthly performance data to be shared with the client.
â¢Collaborate and influence internal key stakeholders to manage and resolve issues to ensure fulfillment and flawless delivery of projects.
â¢Organize fun hours on Friday for the team to promote team engagement.
â¢Identify opportunities for automation within the account and share it with the manager.
â¢Provide details and data to the automation team to support the automation initiative.
â¢Provide feedback and coach the outliers/ low performers to improve their performance metrics.
â¢Prepare a Performance summary to document and support the low performers.
â¢Identify training needs for new joiners especially and track their daily progress.
â¢Conduct process training/refresher training to bridge the capability gap or if there is any process/policy change from the client.
â¢Stakeholder Interaction & Management
â¢Provide timely assistance in case of an escalation and support resolution of escalations/ issues

Qualifications
Qualifications
· 5+ years in relevant AML or financial crime-related roles required.
· Knowledge of FINTRAC guidelines, PCMLTFA/R, and FATF recommendations
· AML/ATF/KYC/Sanction/Investigations domain CAMS or any equivalent certification is an asset.
· Experience in previous transaction monitoring roles is an asset.
· Experience managing a team is an asset.
