Customer service manager is the main contact for the company's direct account customers. He collects their
complaints, forwards them to the departments concerned and returns them after resolution of the declared problem. He
responsible, also, for building customer loyalty and ensuring follow-up of the various complaints in compliance with
strict deadlines.
The main missions of the customer administration manager consist of managing customer orders.
internal and external, to qualify customer needs and complaints, to manage the entry of returns and
credit notes.

Responsibilities
1) Guarantee the administration of orders:
⢠Entering orders received by email into the ERP of direct account customers
⢠Manage all requests for order changes from representatives
⢠Entering carstock and marketing orders
⢠Management of training orders and conferences
⢠Account opening order management
⢠Management of employee orders

2) Guarantee the administration of complaints and returns:
⢠Complete claims management
⢠Ensure the link with customers and with the 3PL
⢠Management of complaints tracking tables
⢠Administration of claims to carriers
⢠Entering complaints into the ERP and 3PL portal
⢠Monitor compliance with procedures
⢠In the case of recurring complaints:
⢠Alert and document
⢠Implements action plans with logistics and the sales team
⢠Management of the entry of returns and credit notes (missing, lost packages)

Qualifications
TRAINING:
⢠College or university training in operations management (or other related field)

EXPERIENCE:
⢠Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

KEY SKILLS:
⢠Bilingualism, spoken and written (French and English)
⢠Management of priorities and compliance with deadlines
⢠Analysis and resolution capacity
⢠Good communication and ability to develop relationships of trust with customers
⢠Mastery of IT tools (ERP, Microsoft Office suite, Excel in particular)
⢠Organization, rigor, diplomacy
⢠Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and under pressure
⢠Highly developed sense of customer service
⢠Written and oral expression skills
⢠Autonomy and sense of responsibility
