We are seeking a dedicated individuals to join our exceptional team as a full-time Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist.
This is a Hybrid /Remote position
The schedule is from Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing respectful, accurate, and timely responses to incoming inquiries.
If you're passionate about assisting people, talented at problem-solving, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and French, we want you to be part of our dynamic team .

- Effectively troubleshooting and resolving telephone/email inquiries utilizing various systems and tools in a timely manner
- Providing accurate responses to both existing and new members while upholding the highest standards of customer service
- Actively engaging in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and professional development
Qualifications
To excel in this role as a Hybrid/Remote Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make timely decisions through investigation
- Minimum high school education
- Solid computer and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
