Lead high-impact projects at Napoleon, where innovative engineering meets exceptional customer service. As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive product launches and collaborate across teams to ensure project success. As a Permanent Senior Project Manager, you will independently manage complex projects worth up to $150 million, overseeing every phase from design to mass production. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to meet objectives in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Function, and Scope. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project planning and execution
- Align stakeholders for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Support readiness reviews and resolve production issues
- Lead change management and risk control initiatives
- Track and report project milestones to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s in Engineering with finance knowledge
- Minimum seven years in engineering or production
- Five years project management experience required
- Project Management certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and Project tools
