This position involves regular travel to Asia and requires effective communication across diverse time zones. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate OSAT supplier partnerships and lead negotiations
- Oversee qualification lots and capacity planning
- Manage backend operations for advanced packaging
- Handle critical material sourcing and pricing risks
- Establish reliable data and KPIs for analytics
- 7+ years in supplier management or semiconductor industry
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related
- Hands-on OSAT workflows and negotiation skills
- Familiar with ERP and reporting tools like Tableau
- Strong communication; Mandarin fluency is advantageous
