Concrètement, à quoi ressemble r ont vos journées ?

  • Assurer la coordination des éléments de visibilité et de représentation dans le cadre du plan de croissance Desjardins Entreprises ;

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre un plan de prospection de nouveaux partenariats annonceurs afin de conclure des ententes de visibilité ;

  • Exercer un rôle-conseil auprès des partenaires et contacts, autant internes qu’externes, afin de les aider à définir leurs besoins ;

  • Analyser et assurer l’optimisation de la performance des plans et partenariats et en extraire les recommandations ;

  • Élaborer des calendriers de production pour chacun des projets ;

  • Assurer la coordination avec tous les départements participants à la réalisation de la visibilité sur les sites web ;

  • Être à l'écoute des besoins des partenaires sous sa responsabilité tout en assurant le respect des orientations de l'organisation. Développer et maintenir des relations d'affaires étroites avec des intervenants clés;

  • Proposer et recommander des adaptations aux programmes en place tout en s’assurant d u respect des engagements prévus aux contrats;

  • Coordonner la gestion des plaintes représentant un caractère stratégique, le cas échéant.

Ce qu’il vous faut pour être Directeur·rice de comptes – Développement des affaires chez nous ?

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales ou un b accalauréat en administration des affaires ou une discipline connexe;

  • Posséder un minimum de 5 années d’expérience en développement des affaires;

  • Maîtriser l'anglais de niveau intermédiaire avancé ou de niveau supérieur e n raison de contacts occasionnels avec des partenaires externes anglophone s ;

  • Être doué ·e pour la communication interpersonnelle;

  • Savoir négocier;

  • Faire preuve de persévéranc e;

  • Avoir le sens politique;

  • Connaissance du milieu des annonceurs ( un atout );

  • Connaissance du domaine immobilier et/ou bancaire (un atout) .
