Our client, a reputable Toronto firm is currently looking for a Litigation Floater. Recognized for Litigation Excellence by the Canadian Law Awards.
Office conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Toronto

Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and creating file folders;
- Prepare and generate pre-bills for monthly billing, as needed;
- Draft routine correspondence and documents through transcription and copy-typing;
- Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma;
- 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant in a law firm;
- Hands-on experience working with transactional/complex documents within the Litigation environment;
- Experience using Automated Civil Litigation;
- Demonstrative understanding of Rules of Civil Procedure;
- Skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CMS, InterAction, and ACL;
- A strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure;
- Familiarity working within a DMS system is an asset;
