We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager Senior to join our team. The SAP Project Manager Senior will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and implementation of complex SAP projects. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with exemplary problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple complex SAP projects, taking ownership of full life cycle from requirements specification gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Responsible for project scheduling, resource management, budgeting, risk management, change management and overall project quality control.
  • Manage various stakeholders on the project, including external customers and suppliers
  • Establish clear project objectives, plans and timelines, monitor progress, and report regularly to senior management.
  • Supervise project teams and ensure that project delivery conforms to Quality Assurance guidelines.
  • Handle complex project issues and unexpected challenges, make sound decisions and define mitigations plans whenever needed.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization, track and report on project expenses, providing cost analysis as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs and ensure that project documentation adheres to organizational standards.
  • Possess a very good understanding of SAP technologies and their integration within the organization.
  • Identify areas of continuous process improvement and recommend strategies to improve project effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management, including software implementations
  • Experience with SAP project management
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent knowledge of project management processes and methodologies

Chargé de Projet SAP

Nous recherchons un Chargé de Projet SAP expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le Chef de Projet Senior SAP sera responsable de la planification, de la gestion, de la coordination et de la mise en œuvre de projets SAP complexes. Le candidat retenu sera un penseur stratégique doté d'excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en communication.

Responsabilités clés :

• Diriger la réalisation de plusieurs projets SAP complexes, en prenant en charge le cycle de vie complet, de la spécification des exigences à la mise en service et au support post-implémentation.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour définir la portée, les objectifs et les livrables du projet.
• Identifier et gérer les dépendances et le chemin critique du projet.
• Responsable de la planification du projet, de la gestion des ressources, de l'établissement du budget, de la gestion des risques, de la gestion des changements et du contrôle global de la qualité du projet.
• Gérer divers intervenants dans le projet, y compris les clients externes et les fournisseurs.
• Établir des objectifs clairs pour le projet, des plans et des échéanciers, surveiller les progrès et rendre compte régulièrement à la direction.
• Superviser les équipes de projet et s'assurer que la livraison du projet est conforme aux directives d'assurance qualité.
• Gérer des problèmes complexes liés au projet et des défis inattendus, prendre des décisions judicieuses et définir des plans d'atténuation au besoin.
• Élaborer et gérer les budgets de projet, assurer une utilisation efficace des ressources, suivre et rendre compte des dépenses du projet, fournir une analyse des coûts au besoin.
• Maintenir une documentation complète du projet, y compris les plans de projet, les rapports d'état et les journaux des changements, et veiller à ce que la documentation du projet respecte les normes organisationnelles.
• Posséder une très bonne compréhension des technologies SAP et de leur intégration au sein de l'organisation.
• Identifier des domaines d'amélioration continue des processus et recommander des stratégies pour améliorer l'efficacité du projet.

Exigences :

  • 10 ans d'expérience pratique en gestion de projet, y compris dans le cadre de mises en œuvre de logiciels.
  • Expérience en gestion de projet SAP.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en résolution de problèmes, en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Solide expérience dans le respect des délais serrés et la livraison de résultats de haute qualité.
  • Excellente connaissance des processus et des méthodologies de gestion de projet.
