Executive Chef John Cordeaux and his culinary leadership team are looking for someone with a passion for food and a creative mind that is eager for development opportunities to join their team in the role of Third Cook. Prepare food under the supervision of the Sous Chef;
Bake, roast, steam, broil and otherwise cook food;
One (1) year of recognized Culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant required;
Passion for food is a must;
Hot and cold food prep experience is preferred;
Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as required;

Comply with all applicable Casino Rama Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols
Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers
