En tant que Directeur des ventes relevant du Gestionnaire de comptes clés, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:

  • Développer et conserver des relations avec des partenaires stratégiques grâce à des actions de sensibilisation, des présentations et des formations soutenues.
  • Renforcer l'engagement des partenaires grâce à un soutien continu, des outils de marketing et du contenu.
  • Augmenter la fréquence des références et la rétention des clients potentiels en favorisant des relations solides avec les comptes.
  • Fournir des consultations d'experts aux clients potentiels recommandés
  • Suivre l'ensemble de l'entonnoir de vente afin de convertir les clients potentiels en clients satisfaits.
  • Donner une première impression exceptionnelle et offrir une expérience incomparable aux clients actuels et potentiels.
  • Tirer parti des relations d'affaires pour élaborer des stratégies de vente efficaces et faciliter l'expansion des clients et des partenaires
  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing et produit sur les initiatives de développement de la marque et du produit tout en communiquant des informations clés sur les comptes afin d'améliorer notre plateforme.

Postuler si vous êtes…

  • Passionné et dévoué aux meilleures pratiques.
  • Vous avez une expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans la vente (cycle complet jusqu'à la conclusion du contrat).
  • Vous avez une expérience de la vente dans le secteur des services financiers, en particulier dans la vente de produits financiers ou technologiques, un atout.
  • Ouvert à des déplacements occasionnels pour l'établissement de relations externes.
  • Déterminé à atteindre vos objectifs.
  • Compétent en matière de ventes conclues et signées et de gestion de comptes clés.
  • Centré sur les besoins des clients et soucieux de leur fournir un service de qualité.
  • Maîtrise de la technologie.
  • Capable de gérer les relations avec les clients et les entreprises.

As a Key Account Manager reporting into the Director, Sales, you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners through sustained outreach, presentations, and training
  • Enhance partner engagement with ongoing support, marketing tools, and content
  • Increase lead referral frequency and retention by fostering strong account relationships
  • Conduct expert consultations with referred potential clients
  • Drive the complete sales funnel to convert leads into satisfied customers
  • Deliver exceptional first impressions and unparalleled experiences for current and potential clients
  • Leverage business relationships to develop effective sales strategies and facilitate customer and partner expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on brand and product development initiatives while communicating key account insights to improve our platform
